产品描述

本制品是一种基于蛋白酶 K 裂解法的裂解液。可快速的从各种类型样本中释放出 DNA，包括动物组织（鼠尾、鼠耳等）、植物组织（西红柿、植物叶片等）、真菌及细胞等各种样本。裂解物无需纯化，离心后的上清液可直接用于 PCR 扩增。

*1：该试剂从 -20℃ 取出融化后，可放于室温保存。
